2008/9 UPCOMING WORKSHOPS.
We are now setting workshops for the end of 2008 as well as 2009. We will be conducting several external custom straw bale workshops as well as 5 FIVE intensive hands on straw bale workshops in Ganmain during 2009*.
All our workshops unless otherwise stated will be using the latest HYBRID method of straw bale building technology.
*Subject to change as custom workshops become available. We will be conducting one for our clients in Bathurst, N.S.W. before Christmas. We will also be conducting one in Tasmania see below for details. We are also discussing custom workshops for the Hunter Valley in N.S.W. and Wauchope in N.S.W. with our clients, all to be confirmed asap.

BATHURST NEW SOUTH WALES
We are very pleased to announce that we have set the date for this custom workshop in Bathurst on behalf of our client. We will be building a small cottage using our hybrid method.

Straw Bale Workshop # 102 N.S.W.
January 24th–28th 2009
GANMAIN, NEW SOUTH WALES.
This workshop will be the second of the next century of workshops. The workshops or training courses that we will offer from now on in Ganmain will be concentrating on the important "details" of straw bale building.
So come and join us in Ganmain where you will visit and experience thirteen 13 straw bale buildings all nearly finished or completed now. You will witness most of the building methods that we promote on our web site.
Accommodation at the "Royal Hotel" is very reasonable and affordable. We always have reat workshops in Golden Ganmain.
Ganmain is 60 kilometres West of Wagga Wagga near Coolamon in the heart of Canola and Chaff country. Famous for the Hay Stacks.

We are very happy to announce that we will be back in Tasmania again. Our client has an exiting community hall to build using our latest methods of erecting walls and the use of render.
Plenty of theory, power point presentations and good discussion guranteed.

Denny and Lee Hewitt Load Bearing Straw Bale House.
Denny and Lee attended one of our Ganmain intensive workshops and this is their beautiful new straw bale home that they have built as a result of learning the technology in Ganmain. Denny said that they did 95% of the building themselves and have never built anything in their lives before attempting their own home.
